Dr. Oz is an expert on fat loss, and although he doesn’t actually talk about African Mango in this video, when the subject of African mango was featured on his show, he gushed over it’s weight loss benefits. (I searched the web and their are no real African Mango reviews by Dr Oz to be found!)
So, what is the story on this new natural fat loss supplement? It has been becoming very popular lately due to the fact that many Hollywood celebs have been crediting the product for helping them achieve dramatic weight loss results, but I wanted to take an in depth look at the product, to test it out and to look deeply in to the science behind why this is working (supposedly) for so many people…
As it turns out, African Mango or bush mango is really nothing new. The fruit has been used for centuries by natives in the West African region (Cameroon’s west-coastal rain forests…) where it grows wild. However, as you might imagine, these native peoples where not so interested in the mango’s weight loss properties as the where in it’s power to give them the lasting energy, and other purported medicinal purposes.
African mangos are different than regular mangoes like the kind that you get at the supermarket. They have a special seed, the extract of which is called “Irvingia Gabonensis” and it’s actually the seed extract rather than the flesh of the fruit itself that contains the specific chemical compounds used for weight loss, energy, etc… The Cameroon natives actually made this extract themselves referring to the African Mango seeds as “Dikka nuts”.
So… What do I think of it?
Well, there are a few reasons why I’d recommend giving this product a try… First, according to a recent study it’s been shown to produce “Significant improvements in body weight, body fat, and waist circumference”.
Second, the way it works is by boosting the bodies natural Leptin levels. If you haven’t heard of Leptin it’s really pretty cool, people call it “the fat loss hormone” because it basically regulates your metabolism and appetite. most of the good supplements and diets, fitness guides and so forth that I’ve reviewed recently focus on adjusting your leptin levels because it’s one of the easiest ways to lose weight. And with African Mago this can be done without changing your diet or exercise regime.
Third, and most importantly, it’s totally natural, not a bunch of weird untested chemicals or anything like that, so you can feel good about that. As I mentioned, people have been using this for centuries, but it has just recently been released in the US. Click here for the premium African Mango Plus website.
